LUARNI pieces are made one by one, using specialized sewing machines or hand-stitching where each is most appropriate. If stitching wears or comes loose, or hardware develops a problem after years of use, our atelier can carry out restitching or other repairs._x000D_

Please email the atelier with photographs showing the item’s condition. Even stitching repairs may require disassembly or complete refinishing of the leather edges. Repairs are therefore generally paid, and the customer covers shipping in both directions. After reviewing the item, we will provide a cost estimate and expected timing._x000D_

Leather stains caused by water or excessive oil cannot be removed or repaired and are not eligible for repair. We also cannot repair damage caused by customer modifications or improper handling.
