Credit card payments are charged on the transfer date set forth in the card issuer's membership terms. Debit card payments are settled immediately.

Payment is settled immediately upon use. If handling fees or similar charges apply, they are included in the total amount displayed at checkout, depending on your usage.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, items are shipped according to the estimated shipping time stated on each product page. If the seller provides an individual estimated shipping date, that information takes precedence. For details on shipping timing, please check each product page.

Policies vary by seller, so please check the product page or the shop policy on the seller's top page. As a marketplace, we handle order cancellations or refunds as follows. The amounts calculated by the formulas below are referred to as the "Stripe payment fee" and the "external payment fee," respectively. Each rate may change due to rate revisions by Stripe, other payment providers, or external services, or for other reasons.

・Stripe payment fee formula: (Product price (incl. consumption tax) + Shipping fee (incl. consumption tax)) × 3.6%–3.96%
・External payment fee formula: [(Product price (incl. consumption tax) − Discount (incl. consumption tax)) + Tax (¥0) + Shipping fee] × 1%

■Cancellation within 14 days of payment
The marketplace processes an automatic refund. The amount refunded to you will be the price of the order and the shipping fee, less the Stripe payment fee and the external payment fee. Because these fees are not returned under the payment processor's specifications, they are, in principle, borne by the customer.
However, in the case of cancellation due to reasons on the seller's side (product defects, incorrect shipments, non-shipment, prolonged failure to ship, provision of products that differ from the product description, etc.), the seller shall separately compensate you for the amount equivalent to the deducted fees by bank transfer or any other method agreed between the seller and you.

■Cancellation 15 days or more after payment
Because the sales proceeds have already been withdrawn by the seller, the marketplace cannot process an automatic refund. The seller will refund you directly by bank transfer to the account you designate. Details such as the refund amount, refund timing, and who bears the transfer fee will be determined through consultation between the seller and you.
*Regarding returns: returns for the customer's own reasons (wrong size, product not as imagined, etc.) are, in principle, not accepted unless otherwise specified in each seller's shop policy. If a product does not conform to the contract (differences in type, quality, quantity, etc.), please contact the relevant seller promptly after the product arrives.
