Changes and cancellations after ordering_x000D_
Because LUARNI products are entirely handmade to order, changes or cancellations for reasons of customer preference are not accepted once an order is placed. Please check the details before confirming._x000D_
_x000D_
If production or delivery becomes impossible_x000D_
One craftsperson makes each LUARNI product from start to finish. If unexpected circumstances make delivery impossible, we will promptly cancel the order and refund the full price._x000D_
_x000D_
Returns and exchanges_x000D_
Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of customer preference. Every item is inspected, packed, and shipped. If an incorrect item arrives or there is an initial defect or damage, we will exchange it for a sound item of the same kind._x000D_
_x000D_
Contact and return procedure for initial defects_x000D_
Please check the item on delivery. If there is a problem, contact us within five days and return it to the address we specify. We will exchange it after receipt. The atelier covers shipping for returns or exchanges due to defects._x000D_
_x000D_
If a replacement is unavailable_x000D_
As each piece is handmade to order, we may need more time to make a replacement. We may instead cancel the order and refund the full price._x000D_
_x000D_
Other conditions_x000D_
Returns sent without prior contact are not accepted. If the item is not returned within five days after you report an initial defect, the request will be void._x000D_
_x000D_
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if six or more days pass after delivery without contact; the item is returned without prior contact; it has been used or damaged by the customer; the request arises from a customer ordering mistake, wrong size, or different impression; or any original packaging or supplied item, such as the presentation box or small split ring, is missing.
Selling on ramuno

保証・アフターサービス
Repairs and aftercare_x000D_
LUARNI pieces are made one by one, using specialized sewing machines or hand-stitching where each is most appropriate. If stitching wears or comes loose, or hardware develops a problem after years of use, our atelier can carry out restitching or other repairs._x000D_
_x000D_
Repair inquiries and costs_x000D_
Please email the atelier with photographs showing the item’s condition. Even stitching repairs may require disassembly or complete refinishing of the leather edges. Repairs are therefore generally paid, and the customer covers shipping in both directions. After reviewing the item, we will provide a cost estimate and expected timing._x000D_
_x000D_
Leather stains caused by water or excessive oil cannot be removed or repaired and are not eligible for repair. We also cannot repair damage caused by customer modifications or improper handling.
