返品・キャンセルポリシー
Each item is carefully made and shipped by a craftsperson. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of customer preference. Please check the product description, size, color, and specifications carefully before ordering._x000D_

Products made from natural leather or other natural materials may show wrinkles, growth marks, veins, pores, variations in grain and color, small scratches, or scuffs. These are characteristics of the material rather than quality defects, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons._x000D_
_x000D_
If a product has an initial defect, is damaged, or was delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within seven days of delivery. After reviewing the matter, we will arrange an appropriate return, exchange, or refund._x000D_

We hope you enjoy the individuality of natural materials and the character of each handcrafted piece.
