「革を纏う」というイメージから生まれた「matou」シリーズのトートバッグ「matou tote」。
革本来のしなやかさを活かし、柔らかなフォルムと多彩な持ち方を楽しめるよう仕立てられたレザーバッグです。
素材には、matouシリーズの定番である国産牛革「グラデーション」を使用。職人が一枚一枚手作業で染色を施すことで、奥行きのある深い色合いに仕上げています。
革の柔らかな質感を最大限に引き出すため、デザインから裁断、縫製に至るまで試行錯誤を重ね、自然なドレープが生まれるシルエットを追求しています。
開口部には巾着式のドローストリングコードを採用。コードの締め具合によってバッグ全体の表情が変化し、異なるフォルムを楽しめます。
持ち方も自由度が高く、メインの持ち手による手持ちや肩掛けに加え、ドローストリングコードを手に巻き付けるなど、装いやシーンに合わせたスタイルが可能です。
内装には、kosh定番の「ディアスエード」を使用。滑らかな肌触りの起毛素材が、収納する荷物を優しく包み込みます。
