PRODUCT INFORMATION
The beauty of a clutch bag, in palm size.
Inspired by a leather works KATSUYUKI TANAKA clutch bag, this clutch pen case is crafted using bag-making techniques.
A sharp flap combines with a softly curved body in a simple design that highlights the leather's character.
The soft, abrasion-resistant pig suede lining protects precious pens from scratches and impacts. It holds approximately 7 pens and a 15cm ruler.
The gusset uses a technique called sute-machi, inserting a piece of leather between it and the body. It expands outward when filled for easy access, balancing appearance and practicality.
A sturdy brass spring snap makes it easy to open even with one hand, in a size that fits neatly inside a bag.
Carefully finished stitching and edges reveal artisan handwork in the details. Recommended for those seeking an everyday pen case to cherish for years.
