Florence, Italy—a world-renowned leather center that Taiji Miyazaki visited and experienced firsthand.
Historic streets, the matte shadows of cobblestones at dusk, and an atmosphere rich with artisans' passion. Translating these travel memories and refined impressions into materials and colors, we create and select fine leather goods with a distinctive aesthetic.
◆Exterior: TEMPESTI Texas, Matte Black
A premium oiled leather representing renowned Tuscan tannery Tempesti. Its lightly buffed surface creates an understated matte texture and substantial presence.
Infused slowly with several times the usual amount of oil, it offers an exceptionally supple, almost clinging feel in the hand.

This leather truly comes into its own after use.
After approximately 8 months of use, the original matte texture transforms dramatically into deep jet black with an exceptional sheen, almost like a mirror-polished finish.

A luxurious two-tone interior combines red Maine, the renowned tannery's classic shoulder leather, with exceptional black Texas.

The zipper is YKK's premium EXCELLA, used by luxury brands worldwide. Each element is carefully polished for exceptionally smooth operation.
Miyazaki chose Gunmetal (black nickel), with its deep, subdued shine, rather than conventional silver or gold.
It brings definition to the substantial matte-black Texas leather and salmon-colored interior, reflecting a carefully considered, sophisticated luxury aesthetic.
◆Supervisory Detail: Luxurious Fully Bonded Construction with Grain Leather on Both Sides
Miyazaki specified a luxurious construction in which every component is bonded to present grain leather on both sides, leaving no flesh side visible anywhere.
