A paperback book cover whose marquetry wooden button gives it the character of a little door.
Hook the elastic from the back around the button to keep the cover from opening accidentally inside your bag.
Carry and protect a favorite paperback, then open it as though stepping through a door into the book's world.
Fits most Japanese bunko-format paperbacks, including slight size variations between publishers and thicker books with more pages.
French Derby calf leather is used outside, with soft, smooth pig suede inside to cushion and protect the book.
The bookmark sewn into the top and the interior back-cover attachment piece use Belgian Saddle Pull-Up smooth leather.
Both interior materials are chocolate brown.
The exterior calf leather is available in 3 colors to order, allowing you to express your taste whether choosing for yourself or as a gift.
