IKUMA items are carefully handmade one by one. Returns and exchanges for reasons of customer preference are not accepted unless an item has an initial defect, damage, or incorrect delivery. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled for customer reasons after confirmation because production begins to the ordered specifications._x000D_
Please check the description, size, color, material, specifications, and delivery time before ordering._x000D_
Natural leather and materials may show marks, wrinkles, growth marks, veins, pores, grain and color variation. Their appearance may also differ from photographs depending on the part of the hide or production batch. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return or exchange._x000D_
Moisture, sweat, or friction may cause fading or color transfer to clothing. Screen settings can also affect apparent color. Specifications may change slightly for production reasons._x000D_
If an item has an initial defect, damage, or incorrect delivery due to our error, contact us within seven days. After inspection, we will advise on a return, exchange, or refund._x000D_
Used items, or items scratched, soiled, or damaged by the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged. We hope you enjoy the individuality of natural materials and handcraft.
