The origin of this business card holder was a simple suggestion from a friend.

“I want to beautifully separate and store my business cards and the business cards I receive.”

“Also, the pocket on the back of the lid, which you often see, has no use, so I would like to see it removed.”

The users' honest and practical requests gave us a great hint to reconsider the essence of the design.

The beauty of structure is created by intentionally not creating anything.

The decision not to include a pocket on the back of the lid (flap) eliminates the excess layer of leather, and the moment you open it, you can enjoy the luxurious look of the Zermatt interior.

The main storage compartment has two gusseted pockets and a sub-pocket that can hold approximately 20 sheets each (about 40 sheets in total).

We came up with a functional and streamlined design that allows you to organize your business cards and those you've received in a smart manner without hesitation.

In terms of tailoring, we sought to share the same aesthetic sense with amba's signature coin purse (compact wallet).

The gentle curved lines are reminiscent of the inner bay of Kesennuma, and the plump, three-dimensional feel is created by being completely hand-stitched.

Even when held next to a coin purse, it maintains a harmonious and dignified appearance.
